Construction of 73 Phase II residences is scheduled for completion in first quarter 2017 and 11 Phase II residences remain available for purchase, including just one residence featuring the Chelsea floor plan. Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Naples Square’s Phase III Fenwick Plan Offers Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle

Construction of 73 Phase II residences continues on schedule for completion in first quarter, 2017 at Naples Square, a timeframe that will allow residents to enjoy their new homes during the 2017 season.
