Just 6 Phase I Residences Remain Available For Fall Move-In at Naples Square

With over $50 million dollars in sales already processed, the Ronto Group announced that just six of the 73 Naples Square Phase I residences scheduled for completion this November remain available. Ronto is developing Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s have made it one of downtown Naples’ most preferred destinations.

Guided Phase I building walk-through tours are now available. Three furnished models are scheduled for completion by the end of August. The six remaining Phase I residences include two Franklin and four Denison floor plan residences. The light-filled floor plans feature 10-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access covered parking is also included.

Base-priced at $1,295,000, the two-story Phase I Franklin plan presents 3,038 square feet of living space, including a 104 square foot terrace. The plan includes a private one-car garage accessible from the residence. The Franklin’s foyer adjoins the terrace and leads to a 22 x 16-foot living room with a two-story ceiling. A formal dining room includes a coffered ceiling detail. The island kitchen’s counter height seating provides a gathering place. A first floor guest suite includes a private bath and shower.

Upstairs, a flex room measuring more than 330 square feet overlooks the living room and a wall of double-stacked windows. The second floor owner’s suite features walk-in closets and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, a glass enclosed shower, and a separate water closet. A guest bedroom on the second floor includes a private bath and shower and an outdoor balcony. An optional elevator is available.

One of the Phase I models will showcase the Denison floor plan. The Phase I Denison plan offers 2,264 square feet of living space and a 290 square foot balcony. Based priced at $910,000, the plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, an island kitchen, and an L-shaped balcony that wraps around the corner of the building. The family room, dining room, and one of the guest bedrooms open to the balcony. The master suite includes a bedroom with a private balcony, double walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a separate water closet.

The Denison model’s classic contemporary design includes clean-lined design elements, and rich textures. The model features a neutral color palette ranging from white to taupes with accents in coastal tones of aqua, green, and blue. Flooring in the main living areas, and onto the balconies, will be executed in a linen-textured 12” x 24” ceramic tile.

In the study, built-in custom cabinetry in an ebony finish will function both as a desk work station and as an entertainment center. A linen settee, comfortable leather chairs, and textured wallpaper will suggest the atmosphere of a cozy club room.

The living room will feature sliding glass doors opening to the wrap-around balcony and add to the sense of space and light. A two-toned entertainment center will create a focal point. Executed in ebony and a walnut finish to blend with the cabinetry in the adjacent kitchen, this piece will showcase the television and stylish accessories. A seating group will feature a sofa in a cotton fabric accented with embroidered aqua silk and accent pillows in two-toned aqua chenille. The glass-topped dining table for six will feature two base pedestals made of chrome and ebony. The chairs will be finished in an aqua fabric. A chandelier formed out of nickel and crystals shaped like tubular tassels will catch the eye. Elegant drapes will be suspended from a hidden pocket in a custom soffit around the exterior wall. A dropped ceiling with LED lights will delineate the dining area from the living space.

The kitchen will feature an island with room for casual seating. A white quartz countertop will wrap and waterfall at both ends of the island. The island and perimeter cabinetry will be executed in a walnut-toned finish enhanced by a stone backsplash in white and two shades of taupe.

The wrap-around balcony will include a casual dining area and a conversation area while providing a seamless extension of the home’s interior spaces. One of the guest bedrooms will also open to the balcony’s conversation area.

The owner’s suite bedroom’s off-white and aqua tones will be accented by silk draperies and cut velvet accent pillows. A built-in treatment on the bed wall will showcase a cream upholstered headboard with paneled sections and framed mirrors. The walnut-toned night stands will feature drawers with reeded fronts. A dresser with a curved front and an inviting lounge chair and ottoman will enhance the space.
