With Phase I sales contracts worth $52 million dollars already processed, the Ronto Group announced that just six of the 73 Naples Square Phase I residences scheduled for completion this November remain available. Ronto is developing Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den open-concept floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air with open-air terraces and priced from the $600’s have made it a preferred downtown destination.
Guided Phase I building walk-through tours are now available. Three furnished models are scheduled for completion by the end of August. The six remaining Phase I residences include two Franklin and four Denison floor plan residences. The light-filled floor plans feature 10-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, chic owner’s bedrooms, and designer flooring. Controlled access covered parking is also included.
Base-priced at $1,295,000, the two-story Phase I Franklin plan presents 3,038 square feet of living space, including a 104 square foot terrace. The plan’s private one-car garage is accessible from the residence. The Franklin’s foyer adjoins the terrace and leads to a 22 x 16-foot living room with a two-story ceiling. A formal dining room includes a coffered ceiling detail. The island kitchen’s counter height seating provides a gathering place. A first floor guest suite includes a private bath.
Upstairs, a flex room measuring more than 330 square feet overlooks the living room and a wall of double-stacked windows. The second floor owner’s suite features walk-in closets and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, a glass enclosed shower, and a separate water closet. A guest bedroom on the second floor includes a private bath and an outdoor balcony. An optional elevator is available.
One of the Phase I models will showcase the Denison floor plan. The Phase I Denison plan offers 2,264 square feet of living space and a 290 square foot balcony. Based priced at $910,000, the plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, an island kitchen, and an L-shaped balcony that wraps around the corner of the building. The family room, dining room, and a guest bedroom open to the balcony. The master suite includes a bedroom with a private balcony, double walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a separate water closet.
The Denison model’s classic contemporary design includes clean-lined elements, and rich textures. The model features a neutral color palette ranging from white to taupes with accents in aqua, green, and blue. Flooring in the main living areas, and onto the balconies, will be executed in a linen-textured 12” x 24” ceramic tile.
Ronto is accepting purchase agreements for residences in Naples Square Phase II. Over $25 million in Phase II contracts have been processed. Ronto expects to break ground on Phase II by early fall.
