Naples Square Models Opening Soon

With construction of Naples Square’s 73 Phase I residences on schedule for completion this fall, The Ronto Group is preparing to unveil three furnished Phase I models that will showcase luxurious features and finishes. Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s continue to attract homebuyers. Controlled access under-building parking is included.

Ronto’s Phase I models are expected to be available for viewing within 30-45 days. Just six Phase I residences remain available for purchase. The Chelsea model’s interior was designed by Rachelle Porco and Christine Neal of Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors. The two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath Chelsea includes 1,832 square feet and a 214 square feet terrace. The great room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open to the terrace. The owner’s suite features a bath with a glass-enclosed shower and tub and his and her vanities. The Chelsea will showcase natural materials, including woods, stone, glass, metals, cork, and grass cloth against cream backgrounds and darker patterns. Flooring throughout the living areas will be porcelain tile with a bamboo texture. The study’s built-in will include a desk and shelving. The owner’s bath will present a stone tile tub surround and flooring, vanity cabinetry with a sienna-toned finish.

Naples Square will present a park-like ambiance rarely found in urban settings and contribute to the overall visual appeal of the downtown district. In addition to their visual appeal, the fountains at each of the roundabouts will provide a soothing level of white noise and have a cooling effect.
