With its one remaining Franklin residence now under contract, the award-winning Ronto Group announced that the Phase II building at Naples Square in downtown Naples is sold out. At the same time, sales for residences in the community’s Phase III building continue to surge. Binding and pending Phase III sales contracts worth $50 million have been processed and the 77-unit Phase III building is now 62% sold. Vertical construction of the Phase III building continues to progress and is on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.
Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to transform how people live downtown. The community is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Ronto has announced plans for the Shoppes at Naples Square, a combination of retail and restaurant space on the eastern edge of the Naples Square site. Gulfshore Playhouse has purchased of a three-acre tract within Naples Square and is developing plans for the construction of a multimillion-dollar 56,000 square feet theater and education complex that will enhance the community’s walkable lifestyle even further.
