The Ronto Group announced furnished model residences showcasing three of Naples Square’s seven Phase I floor plans will be available for viewing upon completion of the community’s first building this fall. Ronto is developing Naples Square at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Powers–Gliwski has brought an eco-luxe flair to the Chelsea’s interior by combining natural materials, including woods, stone, glass, metals, cork, and grass cloth, with chrome and stainless steel. The natural materials play against a neutral color palette featuring tonal cream backgrounds and darker patterns. Flooring throughout the living areas and den will be porcelain tile with a bamboo texture.

Baer’s contemporary design includes timeless furniture pieces, clean-lined elements, and rich textures. The model’s neutral color palette ranges from white to various taupes with accents in cool coastal tones. Flooring in the living areas will be a linen-textured 12” x 24” ceramic tile.

The living room, dining room, master bedroom, and a guest bedroom open to a 277 square feet balcony. The plan includes a den and an island kitchen. The owner’s suite features walk-in closets and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and a separate water closet. The model’s color palette includes neutral whites with splashes of navy blue, emerald green and orange. Wide plank wood flooring will add contrast throughout the living areas, study and bedrooms.

The foyer will display tongue-in-groove paneling and a nautical rope chandelier over a stone inset within the wood flooring.
