Naples Square Phase III Purchase Agreements Now at Nearly $32 Million

The Ronto Group announced Phase III purchase agreements worth nearly $32 million have been processed at Naples Square. Construction of the Phase III building is expected to start in 4th quarter of this year. Just two residences in the completed Phase II building remain available for purchase and feature Ronto’s Franklin and Denison floor plans. The completed two-story Franklin residence offers 3,378 square feet, including 2,857 square feet under air, a 196-square foot private balcony, and a private oversized one-car garage accessed from the residence. Priced at $1,425,422, the Franklin showcases upgraded features and finishes. The plan presents three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a living room with a two-story ceiling and double-stacked windows, a dining room, an island kitchen, and a second floor with a 330-square foot flex room, the owner’s suite, a guest suite, a laundry room, and a glass tube elevator. The completed Denison residence features 2,554 square feet, including 2,264 square feet under air and a 290 square feet balcony. The plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, an island kitchen with counter height bar seating, and a wraparound balcony. The Denison is priced at $1,088,921. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.

Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to transform how people live downtown. The community is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Ronto has announced plans for the Shoppes at Naples Square, a combination of retail and restaurant space on the eastern edge of the Naples Square site. Ronto anticipates retail openings in 2019. The Phase III Chatham two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan is base-priced at $895,000 and includes 1,883 square feet plus a 260 square feet open-air balcony. The great room, owner’s bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the balcony. The Chatham is available with courtyard views or east and west city views. The plan features a kitchen with a peninsula counter height bar and food preparation area with a double sink and dishwasher. With its private, one-car garage and a walk-out balcony that adjoins the home’s ground floor entry, the Phase III Dorset plan lives like a villa or townhome. An optional elevator is available. Base-priced at $1,550,000, the Fenwick plan includes a 323 square feet open-air balcony off the flex room. A glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, and his and her vanities are included in the owner’s bath. The first floor Fenwick residences include a private one-car garage accessible from the residence.
