The Ronto Group’s Naples Square community offers a prized downtown Naples location, the convenience of a walk-able lifestyle, a diverse assortment of floor plans, and attractive pricing that begins in the high $400s. An enclave of residences being developed within a short walk of the Naples downtown district’s combination of expansive beaches, eclectic shopping and gallery venues, eateries, and late-night gathering places, Naples Square is on the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road.
The advantages afforded by Naples Square’s location and walk-able lifestyle have proved to be highly appealing to prospective homebuyers. After opening its Naples Square Sales Gallery at 100 Goodlette-Frank Road S. in downtown Naples in mid-January, The Ronto Group received 25 reservations in just 30 days.
Naples Square’s carefree, walk-able lifestyle will include common areas with the latest luxury finishes and features also specified by Naples-based Renee Gaddis Interiors. Gaddis has designed the community’s common areas to include a neutral color palette of greys, beiges, browns, and slight aqua accents. As planned, clean-lined architectural details and materials will provide a coastal feeling with a modern twist. Twisted brown and silver juniper branches will create visual interest and bring texture to the neutral color palette. The first floor elevator lobbies are slated to include terrazzo floors. Tile flooring with a wood look will be featured in the upper floor elevator lobbies to create a less commercial and more residential ambiance. Custom panels of asymmetrical blocks will serve as interesting accents on some of the elevator lobby walls.
As planned, a club room will include a large counter-height bar table in a recycled glass material and a bar accent wall with a Mother of Pearl wall covering. The club room bathrooms will feature tongue and groove wood architectural details mixed with the wood-look tile on the walls, as well as large basin sinks with linear drains that are incorporated in a countertop fashioned from a man-made material with a concrete look.
Naples Square offers a diverse assortment of amenities to enhance its coveted downtown living experience in a controlled access environment. Residents will enjoy a professionally designed fitness center with state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, a courtyard amenity deck featuring a resort-style heated swimming pool and spa, sundeck, pavilion bar with gas grills, and a gas fire table with seating, as well as state-of-the art technology, convenient private storage, bicycle storage within the garage, and secure under building parking. The pool baths will be finished with a contemporary glossy white ceramic subway tile set vertically. The club room and a terrace will open to the pool area and include a bar, large screen television, a billiards room, and a furnished fire pit area on the courtyard level. Naples Square will be staffed by a professional management team that includes full-time maintenance and housekeeping personnel.
Seven one- and two-story, two- and three-bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from more than 1,200 to just under 3,000 square feet are available at Naples Square. Each plan features large open-concept living areas and open-air terraces that are ideally suited to the downtown Naples lifestyle. Designed by MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples, the floor plans include 10-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access covered parking is also included. Construction is planned for 2014 and includes completion of 73 residences.
Each of the seven floor plans also include finishes specified by Renee Gaddis Interiors. Standard details include solid core interior doors, exterior and sliding glass doors, contemporary, lever-style door hardware, clean-lined baseboards and ventilated wood shelving in the bedroom, linen and pantry closets, and separate laundry rooms with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer. The floor plans’ open kitchen designs include working islands, KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances, European frameless construction, full-overlay cabinetry with a variety of door profiles, finish selections and hardware, a stainless steel, under-mount sink with a pull-out spray faucet, and multiple granite and quartz countertop options. The master bath features marble-topped vanities with dual sinks, large showers with bench seats and glass enclosures, soaking tubs with most floor plans, and a separate water closet room.
