As construction of 73 Phase II residences at Naples Square moves ever closer to being completed in first quarter of this year, a sense of excitement is growing in anticipation of the completion of three furnished Phase II model residences. The Phase II Ballard model will feature an interior designed by Robb & Stucky International’s Susan J. Bleda, ASID and interior designer Rachelle Porco. Naples Square is being developed by the award-winning Ronto Group at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The community’s walkable lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. The lifestyle and availability of one and two-story, two and three bedroom plus den Phase II floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s continue to generate strong sales and luxury homebuyer traffic.
Just 11 Phase II purchase opportunities remain available, four of which feature the Ballard floor plan that offers a total of 1,732 square feet of living space, including an open-air balcony. The plan also includes two bedrooms, two baths, a den, a great room, and a counter-height island kitchen. The great room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the balcony. An optional pocketing door is available to provide ensuite guest quarters.
Twilight at the beach can be a magical time when the brilliance of the sunset is subdued and the quiet tones of silver, gray and periwinkle paint a romantic transition to the night. Twilight is the inspiration for the Ballard model where the designers have created a magical ambiance by using clear materials like glass and Lucite, reflective surfaces of polished chrome and silver metal, and soft white background colors with accents of soft periwinkle blue, grayed lavender and silver.
The welcoming foyer will feature a custom flooring detail inset of circular tiles outlined by shining metal strips. The detail will be set into the main flooring of Carrera-look white porcelain tile with subtle gray accents. Above, a modern chandelier with shards of clear cut glass set in a polished chrome frame will feature industrial-look exposed light bulbs. A stunning polished chrome and marble console table will be accompanied by a large mirror with a silver frame sculpted to resemble sea urchins.
The large great room will open to the balcony and will feature a media wall with a linear stainless steel surround fireplace and a television mounted above. The media wall will be faux-finished with subtle silver striations designed to evoke the quiet water theme of the design. Flanking the media wall will be two long and narrow contemporary art pieces. Facing the wall, a soft white leather 85-inch sofa will be accented with textured periwinkle blue throw pillows. Two round pure white side tables will sit beside the sofa and host modern polished chrome lamps. A geometric chrome and glass cocktail table and two acrylic side chairs with cushions upholstered in a striking shimmering periwinkle fabric will complete the seating area on top of a textured area rug in tones of silver and periwinkle. Recessed and paneled ceiling design details will create definition between the great room and dining areas. Recessed lighting will be used throughout the space. Flowing side panels in a shimmering silver fabric will add a bit of city chic to the windows.
The dining area will be centered on a wall boasting a vibrant 80-inch by 40-inch original abstract painting in tones of bright white, shining silver, and hints of periwinkle blue. The contemporary 84-inch Parsons-style rectangular dining table will feature a gleaming white quartz top and stainless steel legs. Crocodile patterned embossed white leather dining chairs with acrylic legs will surround the table.
Pure white shaker style cabinetry with polished chrome hardware will be featured in the open kitchen and be complemented with an unusual sunset-toned backsplash done in pale lavender and smoky gray glass tiles. Countertops on both the perimeter and the island will be finished with clean white quartz with speckled gray accents. Triangular chrome and glass pendants will hang above the island and will be illuminated with urban chic elongated Edison bulbs that will coordinate with the similar lighting in the foyer. Sleek backless polished chrome counter stools topped with shimmery silver leather will easily pull up to the island for casual entertaining.
The study will be designed to function as a multipurpose space and will feature a custom built-in desk/shelf across one entire wall complete with white shaker style cabinetry underneath for work space storage. This wall will also function as a media wall and will include a wall-mounted television. A stunning sand colored textured wall covering will sparkle with abstract shapes in silver and gold tones designed to look like clouds. The soft silver fabric on a 79-inch sleeper sofa will be accented with periwinkle blue pillows and will sit on a textured white area rug with a silver geometric pattern. Two organic tripod-shaped end tables with silver bases will flank the sofa and, in front of the sofa, two ottomans with transparent acrylic bases will be topped with cushions in a periwinkle blue geometric pattern fabric. A large silver drum chandelier with a grid-patterned shade will hang above.
Quiet tones of silver and white will continue into the light grey carpeted master bedroom where a romantic white wood-framed king bed will feature white linen upholstered panels on the headboard and footboard and an additional panel of silver fabric accenting the top of the headboard. The bed will be dressed in pure white fabrics with custom periwinkle pillows, Euro shams and bolsters. White lacquered nightstands with stainless steel legs and contemporary hardware will face a matching console with a heavily textured white lacquer front. Two large organic silver framed mirrors will be hung above the nightstands. The serene master suite opens privately onto the spacious terrace with city views.
Entering the spacious master bath, the flooring will transition back to the clean look of the Carrara marble-look porcelain. Serene white shaker style cabinetry will be used on the double vanity and be accented with contemporary silver hardware and sleek silver matching mirrors. Sandy toned quartz countertops and a geometric patterned backsplash in polished white stone and silvery glass will also appear as a decorative detail in the spa shower. A subtly glittering wall covering in silver and white will have splashes of shining glass beads running throughout to provide a touch of chic glamour to the intimate space.
With a leafy treetop view of the lively urban landscape, the spacious balcony will feature two areas for entertaining and relaxing. A sleek white square dining table with brushed aluminum legs will seat four on matching white sling dining chairs. A modern classic white chaise lounge will be paired with a metallic garden stool for private sunset cocktails.
