Construction of 73 Phase II residences is on schedule at Naples Square, a community being developed by The Ronto Group at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. A walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three bedroom plus den Phase II floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s continue to generate strong sales. Fifty-two Phase II sales contracts worth over $48 million have been processed. Completion of Phase II is expected by first quarter, 2017.
The concrete floors on the west side of the Phase II building have been poured and the west side will be topped-off on April 14th.
