The Ronto Group announced construction of 73 Phase II residences at Naples Square remains on schedule for completion in first quarter 2017. Ronto is developing Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s location and walk-able lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. The walk-able lifestyle and availability of one and two-story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air priced from the $600’s have made it one of Naples’ most desirable communities.
With one residence still available in the completed Phase I building, homebuyers are taking advantage of ownership opportunities in Phase II. Forty-nine binding and pending Phase II sales contracts worth $46 million have been processed. Ronto also announced the first of Naples Square’s two roundabout fountains has been completed. The completed fountain is located inside the community’s Goodlette-Frank Road entrance. The redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South running between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank has made Ronto’s vision of a walkable downtown lifestyle a reality. Residents of Naples Square can now enjoy more immediate access to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues throughout the entire downtown district from Bayfront west to the beach.
Meanwhile, Phase I residents are taking full advantage of their amenity rich downtown lifestyle. Seventy-two binding Phase I sales contracts worth $60 million have been processed. Three previously sold furnished Phase I models are open for viewing. The remaining Phase I residence is a spacious street-level Franklin residence.
Priced at $1,295,000, the two-story Franklin floor plan presents 3,038 square feet of living space, including a 104 square foot terrace. The plan includes a private one-car garage accessible from the residence. The Franklin’s 22-foot x 16-foot living room includes a two-story ceiling and an elevator. The island kitchen’s counter height seating and a formal dining room provide an additional gathering places. Upstairs, a 330 square feet flex room overlooks the living room and a wall of double-stacked windows.
