The Ronto Group reported that binding and pending sales contracts worth $42,378,988 have been processed for Phase I residences at Naples Square. Phase I is now over 80% sold. At the same time, reservations for Phase II residences worth over $6.5 million have already been processed since Ronto introduced its plans for Naples Square’s second building just two weeks ago. Naples Square is a new community being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road that is changing the way people live in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,600 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces have made it one of Naples’ most desirable communities.
Naples Square will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Laying of the exterior block walls on the west side of the building that fronts 10th Street will begin early February and start to provide an indication of the scope of the Phase I project. On the east half of the building, foundation work is progressing. Footers and the first parcel of columns on the building’s first level have been completed. The first elevator deck on the east side of the building is scheduled to be poured the first week in February.
Underground infrastructure work on 3rd Avenue South that will run through the community and connect downtown to Naples Square and Bayfront is nearing completion. Curbs along 3rd Avenue South have been installed. The 3rd Avenue South streetscape will be finished with brick pavers and landscaping designed to provide a park-like ambiance. The roundabouts and fountains that will serve as Naples Square’s signature memory points will begin taking shape as construction of the 3rd Avenue South streetscape progresses. Residents will have the convenience of a commercial component fronting Goodlette-Frank Road east of the residential buildings. A green space will separate the residential and commercial components. The separation will contribute to Naples Square’s sense of place and establish a tranquil feeling.
