The Ronto Group announced that 100% of the sales of 73 completed Phase I residences at Naples Square have closed. A 90% closed level triggered a developer turnover of the Naples Square I Condominium Association to the residents within 90 days. Phase I residents will be empowered to elect their own Condominium Association Board of Directors by mid-June. Ronto is developing Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road. The community has united downtown by connecting 5th Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via a redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South within Naples Square.
Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and availability of one and two-story, two and three bedroom plus den Phase II floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s continue to generate strong sales. Fifty-two Phase II sales contracts worth more than $48 million have been processed. The six remaining Phase II floor plans offer 10-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, chic owner’s bedrooms and designer flooring. Controlled access under-building parking, private storage, and bicycle storage within the garage are included.
Ronto is accepting Phase III reservations. Eight Phase III floor plans range from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air and are priced from $695,000. The one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den plans include open-concept living areas and open-air terraces. The plans feature 10’ ceilings, designer kitchens with an enhanced appliance package, elegant owners’ bedrooms and designer flooring.
Three previously sold furnished Phase I models are available for guided tours with a sales associate. The Phase I Chelsea model showcases an interior by Rachelle Porco and Christine Neal of Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors. The two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,832 square feet and a 214 square feet open-air terrace. The great room, owner’s bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the terrace. The owner’s suite a bath with a glass-enclosed shower and tub and his and her vanities.
The Phase I Denison model’s interior was designed by Claudia Baer of Baer’s Furniture. The plan offers 2,264 square feet and a 290 square feet balcony. The plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, and an L-shaped balcony that wraps around the corner of the building. The family room, dining room, and one of the guest bedrooms open to the balcony. The owner’s suite includes a bedroom with a private balcony, and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.
The Phase I Essex model’s urban tropical interior was designed by Renee Gaddis, of Renee Gaddis Interiors. The Essex plan offers 2,469 square feet of living space. The plan’s living room, dining room, owner’s bedroom, and one of the two guest bedrooms open to a 277 square feet balcony. The plan includes a den, and an island kitchen. The owner’s suite includes a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass enclosed shower.
