Sales of Phase I Residences at Naples Square 100% Closed

The Ronto Group announced that 100% of the sales of 73 completed Phase I residences at Naples Square have closed. A 90% closed level triggered a developer turnover of the Naples Square I Condominium Association to the residents within 90 days. Phase I residents will be empowered to elect their own Condominium Association Board of Directors by mid-June. Ronto is developing Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road.
