Naples Square is being developed by The Ronto Group at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The community’s walkable lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Phase III construction is on schedule for completion next spring.

Ronto Continues to Generate Strong Sales at Naples Square

The Ronto Group reported it is continuing to generate strong sales for its Phase III residences at Naples Square. Twenty purchase opportunities remain available. Phase III sales transactions worth more than $62 million have been processed and the Phase III building is now more than 70% sold. All three of the furnished models in the Phase III offering that were available for purchase with a leaseback have sold and will remain open for viewing upon completion of construction. Three of the Phase III floor plans, the Barton, Dorset and Emerson plans, are sold out. The Phase III building is on schedule for completion and move-in in spring 2019. Phase II is sold out. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.

Ronto’s Naples Square Phase III on Schedule for Spring 2019 Move-In

The award-winning Ronto Group announced that construction of the Phase III building at Naples Square is on schedule for completion and resident move-in in spring 2019. Naples Square is a walkable, bikeable community situated at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road that has transformed how people live in downtown Naples. Phase III construction topped off in late September. Finishes continue to be installed throughout the building. With the first two phases of the 300 unit, four-phase project already completed, Ronto continues to generate strong sales. Ronto recently processed its 200th binding sales contract at Naples Square. Phase III sales transactions worth more than $62 million have been processed and less than two dozen Phase III purchase opportunities remain available. The 77-unit Phase III building is now more than 70% sold. Three of the Phase III floor plans, the Barton, Dorset and Emerson plans, are sold out. Residences featuring Ronto’s Astoria, Biltmore, Chatham, Dover, and the two-story Fenwick floor plans remain available. Base pricing for the remaining residences ranges from $764,000 to $1,684,000. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models are open for viewing with a sales associate.
