The Ronto Group reported the astounding winter season sales activity at its Naples Square community in downtown Naples is continuing at an unprecedented pace. Just 25 of the 77 residences in Naples Square’s Phase III building remain available. Phase III sales transactions worth nearly $60 million have been processed and the Phase III building is nearly 70% sold. One of the three furnished models in the Phase III offering that are available for purchase with a leaseback has sold. Two of the Phase III floor plans, the Dorset and Emerson plans, are sold out. The Phase III building is under construction and on schedule for completion in spring 2019. The Phase II building is completely sold out. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.
With the concrete for the fourth floor now poured, The Ronto Group reported that construction of the Phase III building at Naples Square is progressing as planned. The Phase III building remains on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to transform how people live downtown. Eight Phase III one and two-story floor plans from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air are base-priced from $750,000 to $1,645,000. The Phase III plans offer newly designed, enlarged, and re-named iterations of Naples Square’s Phase I residences. The two and three-bedroom plus den plans feature 10’ ceilings, open-air terraces, and designer kitchens with an enhanced appliance package with a gas cooktop and hood and a wall mounted oven and microwave.
With its one remaining Franklin residence now under contract, the award-winning Ronto Group announced that the Phase II building at Naples Square in downtown Naples is sold out. At the same time, sales for residences in the community’s Phase III building continue to surge. Binding and pending Phase III sales contracts worth $50 million have been processed and the 77-unit Phase III building is now 62% sold. Vertical construction of the Phase III building continues to progress and is on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.
