With the concrete for the fourth floor now poured, The Ronto Group reported that construction of the Phase III building at Naples Square is progressing as planned. The Phase III building remains on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to transform how people live downtown. Eight Phase III one and two-story floor plans from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air are base-priced from $750,000 to $1,645,000. The Phase III plans offer newly designed, enlarged, and re-named iterations of Naples Square’s Phase I residences. The two and three-bedroom plus den plans feature 10’ ceilings, open-air terraces, and designer kitchens with an enhanced appliance package with a gas cooktop and hood and a wall mounted oven and microwave.

Naples Square Phase II Now Sold Out, Phase III Sales Surge

With its one remaining Franklin residence now under contract, the award-winning Ronto Group announced that the Phase II building at Naples Square in downtown Naples is sold out. At the same time, sales for residences in the community’s Phase III building continue to surge. Binding and pending Phase III sales contracts worth $50 million have been processed and the 77-unit Phase III building is now 62% sold. Vertical construction of the Phase III building continues to progress and is on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.

The Ronto Group’s Phase III building at Naples Square in downtown Naples will feature furnished models showcasing three of the eight Phase III plans designed by MHK Architecture and Planning that range from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air and are priced from $695,000. The one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den plans include open-concept living areas and open-air terraces. The Phase III Dorset and Emerson plans have sold out. Leasebacks are available to purchasers of the three furnished Phase III models.

Naples Square Phase III Now Just Over 50% Sold

The Ronto Group announced a total of 40 binding and pending Phase III sales contracts worth $44.5 million have been processed at Naples Square. The Phase III building is now just over 50% sold. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate. Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces continue to transform how people live downtown. Ronto has announced plans for the Shoppes at Naples Square, a combination of retail and restaurant space on the eastern edge of the Naples Square site. Gulfshore Playhouse closed on its purchase of a three-acre tract within Naples Square and is developing plans for the construction of a multimillion-dollar 56,000 square feet theater and education complex.
