With Phase III of Naples Square at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in Old Naples now under construction, the award-winning Ronto Group is continuing to refine plans for The Shoppes at Naples Square. The project will be a combination of retail and restaurant space that will be developed on the eastern edge of the Naples Square condominium site. The 300-unit condominium development’s success to date reflects the luxury homebuyer market’s preference for a maintenance free, walkable, bikeable lifestyle with easy access to all of downtown’s attractions. Phase I was sold out before completion in December 2015, while the more recently finished Phase II building has one unit remaining for purchase. Ronto is accepting purchase agreements for residences in the newly designed and enhanced Phase III.
The Ronto Group’s vision for Naples Square has been to create a place that offers a walkable, bikeable lifestyle that puts downtown Naples at the community’s doorstep. As the residents of Naples Square’s completed Phase I and Phase II buildings have discovered, Ronto’s vision is now a reality that continues to evolve. By night, the bike racks in the secure parking garages at the Phase I and Phase II buildings are full, ready to fulfill the next day’s adventures. Residents enjoy the evening breezes as they stroll past the lighted fountains and finely manicured streetscape on a redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South, making their way to the shopping and gallery venues, eateries, and late-night gathering places a short walk away on 5th Avenue South, at Bayfront, or at Tin City. The entire downtown district is enjoying a level of connectivity that offers new possibilities for those who are intent on enjoying every facet of historic Naples from Bayfront west to the beach.
