With the building landscaping and completion of punch-list items underway, the award-winning Ronto Group is preparing to send closing notifications to residents who will begin moving into Phase II at Naples Square in downtown Naples within the next several weeks, a timeframe that will allow them to fully enjoy the 2017 season in a newly constructed residence within walking distance of downtown’s attractions. Ronto has also submitted its final version of the Phase II condominium documents to the State of Florida. Less than 10 of the Phase II building’s 73 residences remain available for purchase. Three furnished Phase II models are scheduled to open for viewing within the next 30 days. Previously sold designer-decorated furnished models showcasing the Phase I Denison and Essex floor plans are open for guided tours with a sales associate.
The Ronto Group, Suffolk Construction, and BCBE Construction announced they have submitted construction plans to the Building Department of the City of Naples for the building permit for Naples Square Phase III. Phase III construction is expected to start in third quarter of this year and will include 77 residences. Phase III residents will enjoy a re-designed courtyard amenity deck with a significantly enlarged pool deck and a 780 square foot pool that is 29% larger than the pools included in the Phase I and Phase II buildings. Two gas grills with sinks and two different seating areas with firepits will enhance the outdoor cooking and socializing experience. A club room and a terrace will open to the pool area and include a bar, large screen television, a billiards room, and a furnished fire pit area on the courtyard level. Other amenities include a fitness center, secure under-building parking, private storage, and bicycle storage within the garage.
