Phase II residents at Naples Square are closing on their purchase contracts and moving into their new residences. Property manager Vesta Property Services is scheduling move-in dates. Naples Square is being developed by The Ronto Group at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. With more than $22 million in Naples Square Phase III reservations already processed, The Ronto Group announced it is now converting the reservations to contracts. The announcement came shortly after Ronto and BCBE Construction announced they have submitted construction plans and other documents to the Building Department of the City of Naples for the building permit for Naples Square Phase III. Phase III construction is expected to start upon permit approval and will include 77 residences. Just six Phase II residences remain available for purchase and Phase II residents are expected to begin moving into their new residences later this month.
The Ronto Group is accepting Phase III reservations at Naples Square. Eight Phase III floor plans range from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air. Base-priced from $695,000 to $1,550,000, the one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den plans offer the light-filled, open-concept living areas and open-air balconies that continue to drive sales at the community being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Three Phase I models are available for guided tours with a sales associate.
Furnished models in Phase II at Naples Square are expected to be open for viewing by the end of February. Just six Phase II residences remain available for purchase. Homebuyers continue to have a choice of four Phase II floor plans. The available Phase II plans range from 1,529 to 2,857 square feet under air and are priced from the mid-$700’s.
